Sam, I'm not sure if this is by coincidence or design, but you happened to draw an exact representation of the chair on our porch. Seriously, this is exactly the same chair I was sitting in when this conversation took place. Are you watching me?
F: It's coincidence, but I drew the background according to my own preconceived notion of what Sitka looks like. Basically I imagine that every photograph taken within the city limits will have a giant bay with islands and seagulls and stuff in the background, and then I imagine that everyone who lives in Sitka just sort of sits on their wooden decks outside watching the ocean and commenting on it.
Oh. Whoa. I didn't realize that this strip was about Finn. I couldn't read his name, so I just assumed you were friends with like a hairy, deep-voiced, playboy-type guy who lived somewhere near Hawaii. Now I see that it was clearly Finn. Cartoon Finn is totally hot!
hairy, deep-voiced playboy is going on my official business card. As soon as I'm important enough to have business cards. Which is now that I am in one of Sam's comics.
just... attempt to explain to me why you are such a genius.

I mean, I'm watching you too, but it's unrelated.
